NAFFCO is currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Sales Coordinator at PX9M+V56, Al Hail, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 2500-3000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.
Responsibilities of Sales Coordinator
- Coordinate and manage sales activities, including order processing, pricing, and product delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance, such as preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage the sales database and ensure accuracy of information.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Create reports / follow-up.
- Daily attendance activities.
- Create sales order – LPO – Quotation.
Requirements for Role of Sales Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 2+ experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
