Job Description
Transguard Group is currently recruiting for a Strategic Planning Manager will be responsible to support the Head of Strategic Planning in managing and facilitating the development, implementation and monitoring of Strategic Initiatives. The job holder collaborates with the senior leadership team to support the implementation of the organization’s strategic objectives and create comprehensive plans to achieve them. Additionally, they work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Duties of Strategic Planning Manager
- Support in overseeing the development and implementation of Strategic Initiatives, coordinating with various departments to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor progress against strategic objectives and make adjustments as needed.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact the successful execution of strategic plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather input, feedback, and insights.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Communicate effectively with different departments to ensure a unified approach to strategic planning.
- Prepare and present strategic updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Generate regular reports on the progress of strategic initiatives and their impact on key performance metrics.
- Actively follow up on agreed action plans to ensure the successful implementation of business units strategic objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities to keep the organization’s strategy relevant and competitive.
Eligibility Requirements for Role of Strategic Planning Manager
The eligibility requirements for role of Strategic Planning Manager are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 Years of experience in similar role.
Skills Desired
- Formal training on maximizing benefits of generative AI (preferable).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and influence decision-making.
- Project management skills and experience overseeing the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
