Responsibilities of Internal Communications Manager
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies in alignment with company goals and culture.
- Collaborate with HR to craft engaging content across various channels, including email, newsletters, and digital signage.
- Produce news articles, stories, and announcements showcasing company initiatives and achievements.
- Liaise with department heads for accurate representation of initiatives and projects.
- Manage internal newsletters, ensuring timely and relevant content.
- Execute communication campaigns, including town hall meetings and webinars.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data and feedback.
- Ensure messaging consistency across the organization by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Assist in content creation for social media focusing on employee engagement.
- Develop engaging job postings for social media platforms.
- Provide communication guidance to employees as a trusted advisor.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to improve communication strategies continuously.
Requirements of Internal Communications Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Proven experience of 2 years in internal communications, preferably within a medium-sized company.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in digital communication tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of HR processes and collaborative skills with HR professionals.
- Creative, problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- German language skills are a plus but not required.
