Job Description
Talabat is currently looking for a Senior Manager Retail Media Partnerships to join the team and focus on growing and building retail media business.
Responsibilities of Retail Media Partnerships Manager
- Drive revenue and investment in talabat’s quick commerce business from FMCGs & Agencies across the region.
- Drive revenue and investment in talabat’s quick commerce business from FMCGs & Agencies across the region.
- Strategically develop new profit streams and opportunities within talabat’s Qcommerce Business, boosting innovation and helping to improve service offering.
- Establish excellent relationships and close brand marketing deals among partners from Grocery, Retail and Pharma vertical.
- Lead a team of retail media partnerships and collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to deliver on targets and ambitions for talabat’s retail media function.
- Build and manage relationships with key agencies in MENA and be the first line of defense, helping agencies & partners drive performance and results.
- Serve as external product consultant educating agencies on solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships.
- Drive local adoption of central tools and processes and ensure adoption measurability.
- Set guidelines for use of advertising assets, balancing customer and commercial outcomes.
- Define and with support from data and analytics teams, deliver reports which demonstrate the impact of supplier-funded advertising campaigns.
- Think strategically and long-term to set direction for how evolve and optimise marketing solutions.
- Influence product innovation based on agencies’ and client needs and feedback.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for the role of Retail Media Partnerships Manager are as under:
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
- You gained 8+ years relevant experience in digital marketing or advertising roles, ideally in a leading e commerce retailer or advertising/media agency, with 2+ years of team management experience.
- Client facing experience working with senior level stakeholders and extensive existing network.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media agency or related field, or comparable experience working with retail media platforms.
Skills Desired
- You have a strong customer centric mindset, are passionate about retail, and have a proven track record of delivering impactful, valuable paid marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on entrepreneurial mentality, you take ownership and are self-starting to find opportunity in ambiguity.
- You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have a high level of competence and credibility to influence strategic decisions at all levels of the organization and across different cultures.
- You have experience working in dynamic matrix organisations.
- You are confident working closely with data and product teams.
- Excellent presentation skills, with ability to make the complex appear simple.
- Verbal & written fluency in English, additional languages is a plus.
