A job opportunity has arisen at PwC for the role of a Senior Associate Delivering Deals Value in Dubai. The Delivering Deal Value (DDV) team is part of the Deals Strategy & Operations business unit. It focuses on providing support for potential, actual transactions and assists clients in all operational integration aspects of the transaction, pre and post completion, including: Buy side operational, integration due diligence, Synergy development and review, Sell-side due diligence, Carve-out; Turnaround, Taking control and 100-day planning, Value creation plan, Mergers & Acquisitions Integration, post-acquisition performance improvement. Duties of A Senior Associate Delivering Deals Value
- Identify and conduct synergy assessments for our clients.
- Be involved in post merger integration activities in relations to the Deals cycle
- Support clients with carve out report writing.
- Solving clients’ problems by structuring analysis, applying analytical frameworks, and conceptualizing strategy development.
- Identify market development opportunities for our clients.
- Taking ownership of components of engagements and collaborating with team members to deliver thorough and well-structured reports.
- Researching, aggregating and analyzing data; synthesizing large quantities of information; extracting meaningful insights to provide recommendations to our clients.
- Provide strategic planning support to variety of large scale clients.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Senior Associate Delivering Deals Value are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field.
- Relevant 1-2 years of experience within the M&A space, preferably from a professional services background.
