Job Description
Dubai Government is presently hiring Follow up & Coordination Executive to Work at The Dubai Foundation for Women & Children working under its patronage. The Dubai Foundation for Women & Children is first authorized non profit shelter & humanitarian care in the UAE to care for women and children who are victims of domestic violence, child abuse and victims of human trafficking. It was established in late 2007 in order to provide victims with immediate shelter, protection and support services, in accordance with international human rights conventions. Responsibilities
- Organize & coordinate appointments, meetings & events.
- Prepare schedules for meetings & ensure attendance of required participants.
- Ensure the preparation of all relevant documentation for meetings & appointments in advance.
- Transcribe drafts & revise correspondence, agendas, memos, minutes & policies.
- Assist in the completion of various forms, notices, press releases & any other communications.
- Assist with budget planning & cost management.
- Attend to phone calls, enquiries & client requests.
- Manage incoming emails, fax & posts for the Director General.
- Provide inputs for the establishment, revision & maintenance of foundation procedures & policies.
Requirements of Follow up & Coordination Executive
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, languages, international relations.
- Minimum two years’ experience as an executive secretary to a high level.
