Job Description
A prestigious hotel in Dubai is looking for a diligent and detail oriented Uniform Room Attendant to join their team. If you have a keen eye for organization and enjoy contributing to the smooth operation of a luxury hotel, they invite you to apply for this position.
Responsibilities of Room Attendant
Following are the responsibilities for the said job:
- Receive, inspect, and record all uniforms and linens.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the uniform room.
- Ensure proper storage and distribution of uniforms to staff.
- Keep accurate records of uniform issuance and returns.
- Perform minor repairs and alterations on uniforms.
- Collaborate with the laundry department for uniform cleaning.
- Monitor and report any damaged or missing uniforms.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and placing uniform orders.
Requirements of Room Attendant
Following is the eligibility criteria for the role of Room Attendant:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Job Skills & Knowledge
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic sewing skills for minor uniform repairs.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
