IIQAF Groups is seeking a highly motivated and customer oriented individual to join their team as a Sales Cashier. As a Sales Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of cash registers. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 3000 AED to 7000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.
Duties of Sales Cashier
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases.
- Operate cash registers and handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Process merchandise returns and exchanges.
- Ensure accuracy of cash registers and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking merchandise as needed.
Eligibilty Requirements for Sales Cashier
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of prior experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred.
Skills Desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Proficiency in using cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
