Job Description
As an Employee Lifecycle Specialist at Emirates Airlines, candidate will take the lead in developing and executing initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement within Emirates Group. Job Holder will involve close collaboration with various teams in HR to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring a dynamic and positive work environment that fosters employee satisfaction and productivity. This will be a temporary position offering a 12 month contract with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role.
Responsibilities of Employer Branding Specialist
- Elevate employer brand presence: Take charge of creating and maintaining a compelling presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and prominent job boards. Create and execute impactful employer branding campaigns that resonate with target audience.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders: Collaborate seamlessly with HR, Marketing and other departments to ensure employer branding efforts seamlessly align with the organization’s overarching goals.
- Attract and engage top-tier talent: Innovate and implement recruitment campaigns that leave a lasting impression. Be an active participant in job fairs and career events, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Drive employee onboarding and retention: Shape robust onboarding programs that set the stage for success. Initiate engaging employee programs and implement tools to measure and enhance overall employee satisfaction.
- Track and report on key metrics of project progression and ensure stakeholders are communicated with and changes are successfully implemented.
- Work in partnership with other areas of HR to refine the employee experience and promote feedback mechanisms to influence continuous improvement.
Requirements for Role of Employer Branding Specialist
- Bachelor’s Degree or Honors in Human Resources.
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in the design and execution of strategies relating the Employee Experience.
- Strong analytical abilities to analyses data and insights, translating them into actionable recommendations to enhance the overall people experience.
- Strong project management experience, particularly in leading large-scale projects.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills as primary focus is interacting with candidates, employees and business leaders.
- The ability to gain trust and confidence to make a difference through strong interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the overall HR structure and practices.
