RAKBANK Dubai is presently hiring suitable candidate for the job role of Senior Vice President & Head of Performance Marketing. This is a senior levela and full time role and for this job the salary ranges from 25000 AED to 50000 AED.
Responsibilities of Senior Vice President & Head of Performance Marketing
- Leading all aspects of the bank’s always-on marketing activity with a focus on driving measurable results and return on investment.
- Leading a team of marketing professionals and working closely with other business units to develop and execute strategies that optimize the performance of SEO, SEM, DDA, and other digital marketing activities.
- Overseeing media, Martech, analytics, and reporting functions.
- Implementing and managing both online and offline marketing programs to meet consumer acquisition targets, sales, margins, and overall business goals.
- Playing a key role in leading the team and creating a high-commitment environment and positive culture, driving innovation, creativity, and leading to business growth.
- Building strategies and driving optimization and measurement of consumer acquisition, cross-sell, and remarketing initiatives to deliver incremental sales and enable consumer loyalty.
- Coordinating cross-functional input, deliverables, timelines, and communicating well-documented progress and stumbling blocks to the department head.
- Managing the marketing analytics function in tracking and monitoring program performance against the business’s overall goals and objectives.
What You’ll Do More?
- Leading efforts in utilizing data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness of all marketing channels, including paid search, email, direct mail, programmatic media, modeling, and forecasting.
- Researching and analyzing consumer segmentation and competitive analysis to guide the bank in realizing new opportunities and gaining a competitive edge in consumer acquisition and retention.
- Managing the finances of the performance marketing department, including the assigned departmental budget and spending.
- Establishing a marketing budget across channels in collaboration with the EVP of Marketing.
- Monitoring and controlling all costs associated with business-wide digital marketing campaigns, initiatives, and pilot projects.
- Testing, optimizing, and scaling channels for growth efficiency.
- Building strong partnerships with business partners and managing key stakeholders across the organization to define strategic objectives, marketing budgets, and success metrics.
- Developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Overseeing campaign set-up, performance tracking, and optimization to maximize ROI.
- Working closely with other business units such as product, engineering, and customer success to align campaigns with company goals.
- Collaborating with external partners such as media agencies, ad networks, and influencers to ensure campaigns reach the right audiences.
- Analyzing data and providing insights to the team to inform decisions.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are effective and efficient.
Requirements of Senior Vice President & Head of Performance Marketing
- Master’s degree in a business-related or technical field such as Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field.
- 15+ years of experience in driving consumer acquisition across marketing channels such as PPC, display, paid search, paid social, and retargeting.
- Experience in driving business growth with innovative demand generation and prospecting campaigns, working with Adwords and other similar platforms.
- Experience working with ad serving platforms and digital monitoring tools, as well as offline marketing tools and strategies.
- Experience in managing a team and creating a positive and high-commitment work environment.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Demonstrated understanding and appreciation of research and analysis, and being highly analytical and data-driven.
- Strong communication skills to ensure clear and concise communication as the leader of the performance marketing function.
- Proficiency in creating visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations for senior leadership, key stakeholders, and external partners.
- A customer-obsessed marketer who is consumer-oriented, detail-oriented, and possesses strong organizational skills.
- Ability to build strong partnerships with business partners and manage key stakeholders across the organization.
- Skills in designing and implementing effective marketing strategies and solutions to address marketing challenges and bottlenecks.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns.
