The Content Manager at IFZA revolves around being the first point of contact, and thus, establishing the first impression of IFZA. The ideal candidate must be a highly committed, responsible, and creative individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 7000 AED to 15000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.
Responsibilities of Content Manager

Crafting content for the IFZA website, social media, press releases, internal emails, invitations, ads, and senior leaders’ speeches• Corporate communications planning: Developing and managing a content calendar for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate initiatives• Communication campaigns: Working with the Head of Corporate Communications on communication campaigns to convey the corporate strategy and goals to internal and external stakeholders• Maintaining brand consistency by following the established brand matrix for tone and messaging• Working with media agencies, PR, the press, and media titles to leverage opportunities for the IFZA brand.
Eligibility Requirements for Role of Content Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in media relations and public relations.

Proven work experience as a content writer.
Skills Desired
- Full English proficiency is essential – other languages an advantage.
- Computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office.
- Familiarity with local media landscape, cultural nuances, and business environment in Dubai.
- Experience with media monitoring tools, reporting services, and evaluation software
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in communication materials.
