GMG is seeking a dynamic and results oriented Manager in Performance Management to join their dedicated team in GMG Building ,Umm Hurair Rd, Oud Metha, Dubai, UAE. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.
Responsibilities
- Performance Management is responsible for design, implementation and evaluation of talent management and performance management programs within the organization.
- Identifying, developing and retaining top talent, as well as to support the development and improvement of employees identified as low performers.
- Aiming to enhance their skills and competencies ensuring that performance management processes align with organizational goals.
- Manage the implementation process but also provide guidance and support to HRBPs and other stakeholders.
- Develop and execute talent management strategies, including development, and retention initiatives.
- Improve and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to identify talent needs and develop succession plans.
- Analyze talent data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to managers, employees and HRBPs on talent and performance management matters.
- Develop and implement talent strategies to retain top talent.
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent and performance management programs, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
Requirements for Role of Manager Performance Management
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience in human resources roles, particularly in performance management.
