Job Description
United Arab Bank is presently hiring suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the job role of Cash Management Implementation Manager GTB. Cash Management Implementation Manager facilitates the successful implementation of niche cash management solutions such as corporate user profile and workflow management, Host to Host setup, Corporate Cheque Scanning, etc. An Implementation manager serves as a bridge between the bank and its corporate clients, translating customer requirements into effective banking and cash management solutions.
Responsibilities of Cash Management Implementation Manager
- Work closely with the GTB Sales team and coverage team to monitor successful Cash Management deals and take them forward for timely onboarding and implementation.
- Manage client onboarding and ensure complete and accurate onboarding documentation from the client based on the solutions and channels required by the customer.
- Act as a point of contact between the client and the bank’s operations team to ensure a professional experience.
- Act as a techno-functional expert to understand client requirements and offer appropriate standard/ custom cash management solutions.
- Manage the end to end implementation of GTB Cash Management products, solutions and channels for our clients.
- Liaise with the Bank’s IT team and the technical team of customers for complex hardware/ software implementations at customer site. For e.g., H2H Channel, Corporate Cheque Scanning, Remote Cheque Printing, etc.
- Facilitate client trainings and education on new products and services and hand-hold the client till the smooth execution of the initial transactions.
- Arrange post implementation review with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide scientific and periodic MIS on the implementation function to all internal stakeholders, to track client penetration and transaction volumes.
- Work closely with internal teams – Cash Management Product and IT, to ensure that client requirements are effectively delivered.
- Developing appropriate business case based on customer requirements, product profitability and market benchmarking.
Role Requirements
The requirements for the job role of Cash Management Implementation Manager GTB are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. Masters’ degree would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cash Management.
- Experience in implementing niche GTB Cash Management products.
