Mediclinic UAE is presently looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for job role of an Assistant Nurse Paediatric Ward. Purpose of An Assistant Nurse Paediatric Ward
Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.
Job Duties of An Assistant Nurse Paediatric Ward
- Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with appropriate MCME risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
- Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
- Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Nursing Diploma of not less than 18 months course duration.
Certification
