Job Description

The Business Support Manager at Maersk plays a pivotal role in supporting the Regional Head of L&S. The primary responsibilities include business analytics, engagement, and calendar administration. This role aims to foster collaboration among Area L&S Product teams, create an effective operating system, and act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will manage written communications, conduct research, and facilitate decision-making processes. Additionally, the role involves driving engagement initiatives for the Regional L&S team, coordinating logistics for meetings, and providing high-level administrative support to the Regional Head of L&S.

  • Consistent maintenance of confidential records.
  • Timely and accurate calendar management for the Regional Head of L&S.
  • Development of project plans, including timelines and milestones.
  • Communications on behalf of the executive and project team.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of Business Support Manager Logistics & Services are as under:

  • Degree in business, logistics, or a related field. 
  • 5-6 years of experience in Project Management.
