Eyewa presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a CRM Specialist in 4, 3A Street, Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of CRM Specialist
- CRM Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention & satisfaction.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences & behaviors & leverage insights to inform strategic decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Segmentation and Targeting: Segment customer database based on various criteria and develop targeted marketing campaigns. To effectively reach and engage different customer segments.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute & monitor CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push, WhatsApp and SMS at a monthly calendar level.
- Lifecycle Automation: Ownership of on-going customer Lifecycle Journeys, with ongoing iterations to ensure best performance as well as creation and execution of new journey initiatives identified.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of CRM initiatives, track key metrics & generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative, Commercial, Tech and Product teams. To align CRM strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless integration with other business processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends & new technologies in CRM. And proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to drive continuous optimization of CRM initiatives.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor CRM Executives, providing guidance. Support and on-going training to ensure the team delivers high-quality work that meet overall business objectives.
Requirements for Role of CRM Specialist
- A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years in CRM with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and tools, such as Braze, MoEngage, and experience with CRM customization.
- Relevant certifications in CRM, project management, data analysis or related fields.
