Assistant Manager Asset Management at Tabreed in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, UAE will be supporting Asset Management to monitor and improve the performance of Tabreed’s existing and new assets/connections, coordination with various stakeholders, preparing presentations for management and supporting implementation of Asset Management initiatives. Working closely with all internal and external stakeholders to achieve the goals/KPIs set out. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Assistant Manager Asset Management
- Managing Contracts: General management of cooling service agreements for allotted Tabreed customers.
- Resolve any issue appropriately as highlighted by the client.
- Manage relationship with various stakeholders internal and external
- Support the team to meet target DSO days, through relationship management with the customers.
- Provide recommendations and analysis for amendments to contractual agreements.
- Financial Analysis and Budgeting Forecast: Oversee preparation of 5 year forecast plans of the existing assets under management.
- Preparation of periodic management reports as and when required, for circulation to team and Chiefs.
- Prepare internal committee and Board presentations.
- Prepare financial models for managed assets.
- Assist in impairment test analysis, as and when required.
- Keep a track of key terms of the agreements, particularly annual tariff changes.
- Conduct feasibility analysis for new customers and manage post-acquisition integration into Tabreed.
- Business Development: Build financial models for new projects.
- Assist with commercial negotiations with potential clients (e.g. cost-benefit studies for DC)
- Liaise with Tabreed Legal Department to prepare legal documentation related to new customers or legal proceedings.
- Prepare feasibility studies and commercial analysis for management endorsement.
- Liaise with Projects and O&M departments while they develop technical solutions for new projects.
- Analyze risks associated with new projects.
- Develop presentations of new projects for management and Investment Committee.
- Operations Support: Monitor plant efficiencies and liaise with Tabreed O&M to implement improvement schemes.
- General Administrative Matters: Improve internal and external processes through digitization, e.g. CRM and Tableau for dashboards.
- Provide support for internal audits.
- Set up standard policies and processes
- Assist with ad-hoc requirements in the department
Requirements for Role of Assistant Manager Asset Management
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business administration.
- Finance background, preferably qualified CA/ACCA/CPA/CFA.
- MBA from a reputed institute is a plus.
- 5 years of experience with relevant experience.
- 3 years of experience in the UAE is a plus.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
