Liwa Trading Enterprises LLC is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Navision Techno in Functional Consultant in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will be responsible to configure and customize Navision modules across various functional areas (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.) to match client requirements.

Responsibilities of Navision Techno Functional Consultant

• Hands-on experience in Site Master, Article Master, Merchandise Hierarchy, Product Hierarchy, Characteristics, Class, etc.
• Ensure master data, pricing and promotion information are updated on the system as per the agreed SLAs and in a timely manner.
• Experience in Data preparation, validation and upload into NAV 2016 ERP using standard packages and programs.
• Monitoring of Data replication and job schedules.
• Provide first-level support and contact for business users and resolve queries/issues/escalations from different regions. Conduct root cause analysis to provide solutions with high efficiency.
• Provide IT application support onsite to all store users, troubleshooting queries and providing in-house resolution of issues where possible.
• Manage timely rollout of a system implementation for all new stores and train users on systems and software.
• Adhere strictly to Liwa IT policies and procedures and provide inputs where relevant.
• Make recommendations for enhancement in the existing application.
• RDLC and SSRS Reporting.
• Techno Functional Support in Microsoft Dynamic Navision & LS Retail.
• Configuring and setting up POS for a new store opening.

Requirements for Role of Navision Techno Functional Consultant

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience of working in a Fashion Retail organization.
• Should have hands-on experience implementing and supporting applications like Microsoft Navision 2016 & LS-Retail POS.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Ability to understand data of item hierarchy, price, promotion, purchase, sales, and inventory processes.
