Talabat is currently looking for a Coordinator People Solutions in Dubai. This role will be the first point of contact for every employee query across the region, to support the automation process among the People Operations department and allow a constant support to every employee in their organization is an entry level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 8000 AED to 15000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.
Responsibilities of Coordinator People Solutions
- Resolve HR tickets from employees, managers, and P&C team to answer all tier 1 HR questions & Workday inquiries
- Produce required documents, troubleshoot Workday tasks, and support employees in all general HR inquiries.
- Draft process documentation or enhancements to existing processes
- Create SOPs, Workflows and update Trackers for the various Business Processes managed by People Solutions across markets with its Country specific requirements and policies.
Elgibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for the role of an Coordinator People Solutions are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in huma ressources or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in similar role.

- Attention to detail, process-oriented, organized, good communication skills.
- High level of English spoken and written.
