Louzan Group is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Fragrance/Perfume Area Manager to join their team in CGFJ+C8V, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Rd, Al Jerf Industrial 1, Ajman, UAE. Candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the fragrance department within a designated area or region. Candidate’s primary objective will be to drive sales, enhance customer experience and ensure the smooth operations. Job holder will also be tasked with training and leading a team of sales associates, implementing marketing strategies and maintaining inventory levels. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 13000-25000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Area Manager
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed departmental sales targets.
- Train, motivate and manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure that sales associates are equipped to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with vendors to ensure adequate stock of fragrance products.
- Plan and execute promotional events, product launches and other marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability and excellence in customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to coordinate efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements for Role of Area Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on fragrance/Perfume products.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
- Knowledge of fragrance/Perfume products, brands and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software.
