Majid Al Futtaim is currently looking for a Customer Service Officer at Majid Al Futtaim in UAE who will be responsible to perform duties required in all cinema departments at a consistently high service level whilst working within guidelines of Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment’s policies and procedures Location such as Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 5000 AED to 10000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Officer
- Follow Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment’s service steps to deliver a consistent high level of service to all guests.
- Follow Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment’s cash handling policies to ensure all guests receive the correct change and minimize unders/overs for every shift.
- Utilise suggestive selling and upselling skills in all areas of the cinemas to maximize each transaction.
- Abide by policies & procedures listed in Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment’s health and safety management program to ensure a safe environment for guest, colleagues and self.
- Provide assistance to others where possible regardless of which department is listed on the roster.
- Follow food hygiene policies to ensure all food & beverage served to guests is safe and free of contamination.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Customer Service Officer are as under:
- Minimum High School Certificate
- 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
Skills Desired
- Be available to work shifts, and on weekends and public holidays as per the roster
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service orientation.
