Transguard Group is currently recruiting for an AP Analyst (12 Months Contract Role) in Dubai who will be responsible to provides analytical support as a member of the accounts payable team. Prepares analyses and reports for the accounts payable team, makes recommendations for changes to methods and processes based on the analyses prepared. This is a mid level contract based job. The salary for this role ranges from 5000 AED to 12000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.
Duties of AP Analyst
- Collaborates with stakeholders and develops partnerships to drive performance that aligns to organizational goals and strategies.
- Influences the organization by demonstrating knowledge of the business to provide guidance to support the decision-making process and guiding the business towards positive results and organizational alignment.
- Evaluates business environment using measures to mitigate risk and capitalize on opportunities.
- Interprets financial data by analyzing trends, variances, opportunities and risks to provide insight to stakeholders regarding financial impact to drive business improvement.
- Evaluates financial results against targets to communicate conclusions to all stakeholders.
- Ensures integrity of financial data by investigating variances and determining corrective actions to resolve identified issues.
- Prepares statistical reporting. Resolves moderately complex accounts payable issues and problems.
- Builds and maintains relationships with other Finance disciplines and work teams.
- Executes special projects as assigned.
Eligibility Requirements for AP Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance and related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in similar role.
