Job Description
Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Front Office Supervisor. The role holder is responsible to oversee the front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, managing staff, and coordinating front desk activities to maintain high standards of hospitality at Accor Hotels UAE.
Responsibilities of Front Office Supervisor
- Be aware of room status and also with the competitor’s status.
- Check credit limit report and discrepancy report and to conduct follow up and necessary action accordingly.
- Check the management of “no show”.
- Ensure that there are ample stocks of all items needed and initiate requisition for supplies running low.
- Attends to VIP arrival.
- Develops high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to foster loyalty.
- Be aware about local requirements (follow up and be responsible for the DTCM and Police requirements).
- Conducts and attend departmental meetings and training programs.
Requirements of Front Office Supervisor
- High school diploma or certification in hospitality management or tourism.
- 2 year of prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Fluency in English additional languages are a plus.
