Job Description
The Coaching & Leader Development Community at Majid Al Futtaim will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and evaluating multiple leadership development solutions, including leadership development programs, executive coaching programs, and senior stakeholder engagements. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and ensure timely and successful delivery of all leadership development programs.
Duties of Coaching & Leader Development Community
Strategic Planning
- Support the Director Leadership Development in developing, planning, and implementing leadership and coaching programs that align with the organization’s strategic goals, values, and desired leadership behaviors.
- Support in the creation of a comprehensive leadership and coaching approach that meets the needs of various strategic populations in the organization.
- Regularly assess organizational needs and modify approach to align with evolving business goals and challenges.
Project management
- Manage all aspects of leadership and coaching projects, including project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Communicate project updates, status reports, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure all project tasks are executed effectively and on schedule, while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Regularly monitor and report proactively on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project success and recommend/ implement appropriate solutions.
Leadership & Coaching program design and delivery
- Support in the design and lead in the implementation and management of all group-wide leadership and coaching programs.
- Collaborate with institutional partners and subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure program content is effective and relevant.
- Take full ownership of assigned leadership and coaching programs, from start to finish, with continuous and effective communication of progress.

Impact Assessment
- Develop and implement evaluation methodologies to assess the efficacy and impact of leadership and coaching programs.
- Collect and analyze data to determine the success of implemented solutions and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all projects are delivering business impact by meeting set objectives and driving leadership excellence within the organization. Partnership/Stakeholder Management
- Build, own and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and that they are aligned with MAF’s leadership and coaching approach.
- Manage external partners, such as consultants and executive coaching providers, to leverage best-in-class insights and expertise.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role a Coaching & Leader Development Community are as under:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Occupational Psychology, Business Administration, HR, L&D).
- 7+ years of experience in a related field with 3+ years specifically in leadership development.
- Experience facilitating leadership development programs.
- Experience with assessment tools such as Hogan, DiSC, FIRO-B, and/or others.
- MBA from a top-tier business school.
- A minimum 2-year tenure with a top-tier consulting firm.
