Job Purpose of Rewards Analyst
- Provide related advisory to the internal clients, analytical and other professional level support to the compensation and benefits function.
- Contribute to special studies, job evaluation, off-cycle salary and incentive revisions, participate in salary and bonus review cycles.
- Conduct analysis on internal and external remuneration statistics.
Job Duties of A Rewards Analyst At ADIB, Abu Dhabi UAE
Business Advisory
- Develop and design compensation schemes that support the business targets.
- Advise business on market trends in order to guide, support and facilitate decision making.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team and other HR functions to provide advisory on reward related matters for new hires, internal transfers, etc.
Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking
- Participate in the annual salary & benefits surveys and analyse the results provided by the consulting firms.
- Conduct market benchmarking analysis and internal peer analysis to ensure external and internal equity.
- Review benefits and allowances to ensure best market practice is delivered to the bank.
Incentives Administration
- Receive, check and validate incentive payment requests provided by the business for approval by the Head of C&B.
- Review and assist in the designing of new sales incentive plans.
Compensation & Benefits Analysis
- Participate in compensation review: prepare proposals (salary, promotion, bonus).
- Assist in the designing of compensation structures and development of new best practice methodologies for ADIB Group.
- Review and design compensation packages for junior and mid level job vacancies/hires and international assignments.
Reward Analysis and Projects
- Provide high quality analysis through the use of Excel and other IT tools.
- Contribute in all compensation related projects throughout the calendar year e.g. UAE Nationals Analysis.
- Monitors the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and recommends modification to reduce costs and improve delivery.
Job Evaluation
- Conduct job evaluation for junior to mid-level roles using the Hay Methodology.
Database Management
- Prepare and maintain remuneration related databases, records and reports in order to enhance efficiency of data use among the team.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management.
Experience
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits in an International Organization.
- Finance or Equivalent work experience in a fast paced high performing environment.
- Financial Services experience.
