The Property Sales Assistant at IFZA will be responsible for helping IFZA professional partners and licensees find the ideal commercial office solution to match their business needs. The role entails building strong client relationships and promoting IFZA leasing options, while offering support on property related matters. The Property Sales Assistant liaises with property team members, sales, operations, and finance departments to ensure processes run smoothly and office solutions are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities of Property Sales Assistant
- Driving leasing sales of IFZA commercial office spaces to meet targets.
- Building strong relationships with IFZA professional partners and licensees to promote IFZA property leasing options and secure renewal of existing contracts.
- Assisting professional partners and licensees in obtaining all required documentation for leasing both via phone and email.
- Conducting office viewings for potential new clients.
- Liaising with the property sales team members to ensure the administrative process necessary to the stipulation of leasing contracts runs smoothly.
- Ensuring timely and efficient office handovers.
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service, ensuring IFZA’s reputation and integrity is maintained.
- Handling complaints and finding optimal solutions to ensure clients’ happiness and retention.
- Supporting the relevant IFZA employees and professional partners and assisting them with property related inquiries.
- Working with the Property Sales Manager to create and execute a Business Development Plan for IFZA Property.
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Property Sales Assistant are as under:
- High School Diploma.
- 2-3 years of sales experience is advantageous.
- Experience with CRM Systems is advantageous.
- Experience with UAE commercial property leasing is an advantage.
Skills Desired
- Additional spoken languages are a plus.
- Intermediate computer literacy e.g., MS Office.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively on phone calls, via email, and during face-to-face interactions.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and to work on multiple systems while handling high volumes of traffic.
