P&G (Procter & Gamble) presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of Executive Assistant in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible to provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. Responsibilities of Executive Assistant
- Support Senior Vice President: Must be professional and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Responsible for providing administrative, technical and project management support to a Senior Executive and their leadership team.
- Serves as a strategic business partner trusted confidante, liaison and executive stand-in providing guidance and input regarding company and business affairs.
- Builds and maintains relationships crucial to the success of the Executive and the organization and represents the Company and the Executive’s office to the organization as well as external visitors.
- Should be well-versed in office management, technical tools, e-mail monitoring, calendar management, meeting scheduling, presentation creation, visa applications, expense report completion, ensuring manager is prepared for meetings, management of purchase orders, software applications, and coordinating travel for business meetings.
- Support Sales HQ Team: Support SVP’s key operation team based in Dubai (including calendar management of Senior Director).
Requirements for Role of Executive Assistant
- A minimum of a four-year college degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of executive assistant experience.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Strong technology skills and a proficiency in Outlook, WebEx, Lync/Skype, Excel, PowerPoint and collaboration technologies.
- Proven ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).
- Strong organization and follow through skills.
- Able to meet multiple deadlines with excellence.
- Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking.
- Clear ability to handle multiple priorities.
