Job Purpose of E-Commerce Manager
- Owns and leads the digital path to purchase journey of our customers from Acquisition to Sales & Retention.
- Collaborate and engage with Retail & Marketing Managers in building the roadmap and strategy on digital acquisition and E-Commerce Activities.
Responsibilities of E-Commerce Manager
Drive E-Commerce to increase visits & engagement at Nespresso
- Manage the Local E-Business Strategy to reach conversion, Sales & Customers Satisfaction Objectives.
- Accountable to deliver Marketing& Commercial Activities on time.
- Accountable to optimize E-Merchandising and Customer Journey leveraging CRM insights and guidance to increase conversion and average Basket size.
- Ensure a continuously fast, relevant, bug free user experience on all digital touch points, following international E-Business guidelines.
- Design and manage the yearly plan in cooperation with Head Quarters E-Commerce Teams including campaigns integration, new features implementation & Platform roll out.
- Manage Any E-Commerce Roll out including new user experiences in UAE Market.
- Monitor external and Site centric indicators to report and consolidate digital KPIs.
- Escalate any major issues affecting conversion rate, new member’s activation, or volume of online sales to the relevant stakeholders.
Drive E-Commerce Operations
- Accountable to ensure the Brand Equity is protected on E-Touchpoints.
- Accountable to ensure all E-Business Activities and KPIs are tracked.
- Accountable to centralize All E-Commerce Needs and initiatives at Market Level.
- Accountable to ensure seamless operations within the United Arab Emirates.
- Offer local customers an integrated Omni-Channel user experience.
What You Will Do
Develop People and Team
- Establish the appropriate organization in line with the Operational Plan and the international guidelines.
- Recruit, develop, engage, and lead a team to deliver superior performance and results.
- Manage the development and evolution of the E-Commerce Team and Function within the UAE Market.
- Ensure local E-Commerce Function training capabilities are identified and developed.
Ensure Compliance
- Apply All E-Channel Nespresso guidelines at a Market level.
- Ensure all legal terms and conditions are compliant in line with the labor laws.
- Implement all action plans following any market assessment.
Manage the E-Commerce Channels Performance
- Manage the Channel Performance Vs Operational Plan.
- Manage the Channel Operational Performance budget for the Market and establishing budgets and monitoring costs.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in E-commerce / Business / Similar role.
- +7 Years of experience in E-Commerce.
- People Management Experience and Leading teams.
- Stakeholder management in a Matrix Organization.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Curiosity and ability to generate creative Ideas.
- Excellent interpersonal & Communication Skills.
- Analytical & Strong decision Making skills.
- Fluency in Arabic & English.
