Job Description

Transguard Group presently has a job opening for qualified and experienced candidate for the position of a Software Engineer Product HCM in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and developing Tableau reports and dashboards. Be part of a team to support the existing business technology solutions self-sufficient to develop new business technology solutions to address business requirements, capable to advise/train the business users on business technology solutions.

Duties of Software Engineer Product HCM

  • Responsible for designing, developing Tableau Reports, Dashboards and Analytics.
  • Interact with the Business Users to understand the requirement and configure the application as per the Business Technology standards and design.
  • Perform system testing with multiple use cases.
  • Able to deliver training to the super users and end users.
  • Document best practice standards, policies and governance as per DA process.
  • Support the Tableau application environment.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Software Engineer Product HCM are as under:

  • Bachelor degree in computer science or related field.
  • Experience with Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.
  • 3-5 years hands on experience on Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

Skills Desired

  • Worked extensively with PL/SQL in constructing Procedure/Functions, Tables, Sequences and Views Good experience in writing complex SQL Queries
  • Creating/Managing Physical, Business Model and Presentation layer of RPD with BI Admin tool.
  • Hands on designing OBIEE Analytics Repository with Dimension Hierarchies, Level based measures, DDR, Variables and Security.
  • Well versed with the Data Warehouse concepts like OLTP, OLAP, Star and Snowflake Schemas.
  • Produced attractive visuals/dashboards to convey the story inside the data.
  • Created Tableau Dashboards with interactive views, trends and drill downs.
  • Proficient in creating workflows using Alteryx Designer Proficient in creating workflows using SQL Server Integration Services.
  • Ability to create dashboards and analytics as per the Business requirements
