This Commis III job at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island is a full-time kitchen role for passionate entry-level chefs who prep, cook, and plate across multiple outlets (buffet, all-day dining, banquets, pool bar) in a busy 5-star resort. You’ll handle mise-en-place, work the hot line, keep stations spotless, and help hit food-cost targets. Shifts are 9–10 hrs straight or split, 6 days/week. Pay is AED 2,200 – AED 2,800/month basic + service charge AED 2,500–4,000/month = AED 60K–90K/year tax-free + shared accommodation, transport, flights, medical, duty meals, 30 days leave, and Hilton travel discounts. You need basic cookery certificate or apprenticeship and a real love for food. It’s an excellent starter gig for young cooks who want Yas Island’s F1/beach vibe and a 545-room resort that’s one of Hilton’s UAE flagships.

- Cook and plate to Hilton standards.

- Keep station 100 % clean (HACCP).
- Control portion and minimise waste.
- Support seniors on the line.
- Receive and store goods correctly.
- Follow recipes exactly.
- Report safety/hygiene issues.
- Help team hit daily targets.
Requirements
Education
Basic cookery certificate / apprenticeship.
Experience
Previous commis or apprentice chef.
