Job Description

This Operations Manager job at Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Deira is a full-time senior role for a strong, hands-on hotelier who runs daily operations and pushes the 210-room property to beat budget, RevPAR, and guest scores. You’ll partner with the GM, own P&L, coach HODs (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering), drive revenue, control costs, lead refurb projects, and keep Hilton standards sky-high. It’s 48–55 hours a week, 6 days. Pay is AED 18,000 – AED 22,000/month (AED 216K–264K/year) + annual bonus, housing or allowance, flights, medical, 30 days leave, and Hilton travel perks. You need a degree/diploma in hotel management and solid multi-department experience. Responsibilities

  • Run daily ops across all departments.
  • Partner with GM on budget and strategy.
  • Work 48–55 hrs/week, 6 days.
  • Own hotel P&L and forecasts.
  • Coach and develop HODs.
  • Drive revenue and control costs.
  • Lead refurb and capex projects.
  • Respond to audits and guest feedback.
  • Hold daily HOD briefings.
  • Ensure Hilton brand standards.

Requirements

Education

Degree or diploma in Hotel Management.

Experience

1 year experience in Multi-department hotel management (F&B + Rooms ideal).

Qualifications

  • Can work in UAE (visa sponsored).

Skills

  • Lead 100+ staff with energy.
  • Crunch numbers and hit budget.
  • Coach HODs to perform.
  • Stay calm under pressure.
  • Communicate fluent English.

Knowledge

  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • Revenue management basics.
  • Hilton systems (OnQ big plus).
  • UAE labour law.
  • Guest satisfaction drivers.
