Job Description

This full-time Reservations Agent role at the brand-new DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City is the perfect front-line hospitality gig for a phone-savvy, customer-obsessed star who wants to sell rooms in one of the UAE’s most up-and-coming leisure destinations. You’ll handle all incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp and web bookings, upsell suites and packages, chase leads and make every guest feel special from the very first “hello”. Pay is AED 4,500–5,500/month all-in + service charge (real take-home AED 6,500–9,000/month), single accommodation, annual flight, medical, 30–45 days leave, duty meals, Hilton worldwide staff rates (stay almost free anywhere). Shifts 8 hrs/day, 6 days/week. Perfect for polished, English-fluent reservation pros ready to join Hilton’s newest UAE property.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls, emails, WhatsApp bookings fast.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.
  • Upsell room categories, packages, dining.
  • Chase sales leads and future business.
  • Input reservations accurately in Opera.
  • Coordinate with front desk and sales teams.
  • Handle modifications and cancellations smoothly.

Requirements

Education

Diploma or degree preferred.

Experience

1 year experience in hotel reservations or call-centre experience a big plus.

Must Have

  • Fluent English (Arabic/Russian/German a bonus).
  • Super professional phone voice.
  • Can type fast and multitask.
  • Eligible to work in UAE.

Skills

  • Naturally warm and persuasive.
  • Obsessed with guest satisfaction.
  • Cool under pressure.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
