Job Description

This Reservations Agent job at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah is a full-time on-site role for enthusiastic, detail-driven pros who handle inquiries, bookings, and upsells with a personal touch to maximize stays and revenue. You’ll respond to calls/emails, process modifications, chase payments, and brief teams on guest needs while building repeater relationships. Shifts are 40 hours a week, office-based. Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 a month, about AED 48,000 to AED 60,000 a year, plus service charge and benefits. You need customer service experience and intermediate IT skills. No degree required.
