Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Assign tasks to housekeeping attendants.
  • Issue keys and supplies daily.
  • Monitor VIP and special room statuses.
  • Attend daily operational meetings.
  • Verify check-outs and guest requests.
  • Inspect cleaned rooms using checklists.
  • Report repairs and lost items.
  • Supervise cleaning of rooms and corridors.
  • Train and evaluate staff performance.
  • Manage inventory and equipment care.

Requirements

Education

Diploma or vocational training in hospitality.

Experience

1 year experience in supervisory role in housekeeping.
