Job Description

This Assistant Director of Engineering job at Beach Rotana is a full-time on-site role for seasoned pros who run the hotel’s guts—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structure—to keep everything humming for 565 rooms and guests. You’ll lead preventive fixes, energy programs, safety drills, and team training while backing the Chief Engineer on budgets and upgrades. Shifts are 40 hours a week, with calls for emergencies. Pay is AED 18,000 to AED 22,000 a month, about AED 216,000 to AED 264,000 a year, plus exec perks like car allowance and 30 days leave.
