Job Description

This Plant Operator job at LXR Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi is a full-time on-site role for hands-on techs who keep hotel systems like AC, water, and power humming from day one. You’ll monitor chillers, pumps, and boilers, do preventive fixes, log performance, and support the engineering crew during the December 2025 opening. Shifts are 40 hours a week, rotating. Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 a month, about AED 60,000 to AED 84,000 a year, plus Hilton benefits like health insurance, 25 days leave, and training. You need facility maintenance experience and basic English. No degree required. Responsibilities

  • Run daily checks on chillers and pumps.
  • Log parameters and spot issues.
  • Do preventive maintenance on gear.
  • Work 40 hours a week in plant room.
  • Report faults to supervisor.
  • Help with energy-saving tweaks.

  • Assist in emergency drills.

Requirements

Education

High school.

Experience

1 year experience in Facility or plant ops.

Qualifications
