Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island needs a full-time Bartender to light up their bar on Yas Island’s dazzling waterfront.As a bartender you’ll earn AED 3,500 to AED 4,500 a month, depending on your skills, mixing drinks and keeping guests happy in a luxury resort. The job’s about shaking up cocktails, serving food, and keeping the bar spotless amid Abu Dhabi’s warm evenings. You need 1–2 years working in a cocktail bar and flexibility for weekend shifts. Responsibilities

  • Mix cocktails like margaritas or pour local craft beers for resort guests.
  • Take food orders and pass plates to servers during busy nights.
  • Wipe down the bar counter and stack glasses to keep things tidy.
  • Handle guest orders fast, like serving a mocktail by the Yas Marina.
  • Process payments smoothly using the resort’s system.
  • Chat with guests, maybe sharing tips on Abu Dhabi’s night markets.
  • Stay on top of menu updates, like a new dessert wine special.
  • Stock the bar with ice, lemons, or bitters before the rush hits.
  • Team up with staff to keep service flowing during events.

Requirements

Education

High school diploma; hospitality training is a bonus.

Experience

1–2 years in a cocktail bar setting.

Skills

  • Skilled at mixing classic drinks and serving fast.
  • Clear and friendly when talking to guests.
  • Flexible for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Polished look with a warm attitude.
  • Quick to handle busy or unexpected moments.

Knowledge

  • Know-how of cocktail recipes and bar menus.
