Duties Of Shop Supervisor
- Responsibility for everything from operations to overtime is yours to manage.
- Bring a broad perspective to the field by applying Halliburton’s Global Maintenance Standards in insuring that the Product Service Lines’ (PSL’s) service line equipment is maintained.
- This is a multi-faceted role – mentor, scheduler, safety steward and customer relations ambassador.
- A desire for variety in working conditions is essential, as this job occasionally involves physical exertion, outside work, and may include routine travel.
Requirements For Shop Supervisor
The eligibility requirements for the role of Shop Supervisor are as under:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum five years of experience in Tool Shop Operations.
- Specialized training in equipment maintenance through knowledge of field services and/or shop repair functions.
- Experience in SAP order to cash is preferable.
