Job Description

TASC Outsourcing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is hiring full-time Company Driver who speak Hindi. Company Driver – Hindi Speaker

Responsibilities

  • Do daily vehicle checks, like tires and oil, to keep everything running smooth.
  • Deliver packages to clients across Dubai, hitting deadlines every time.
  • Pick up office stuff, like stationery or groceries, from suppliers.
  • Use apps like Google Maps to plot the fastest routes through traffic.
  • Chat with clients in Hindi and English, keeping things polite and professional.
  • Work nights or weekends if the schedule calls for it.
  • Organize daily travel plans to avoid overlaps or delays.
  • Make sure the car has enough fuel and is always good to go.
  • Arrange repairs at garages when something’s off, like a flat tire.
  • Track monthly mileage and log it for records.
  • Help with admin runs, like dropping off documents.
  • Stay sharp on Dubai’s roads, dodging rush hour jams.
  • Keep the vehicle clean inside and out for company image.
  • Report any issues, like a weird noise, to the team lead.
  • Pitch in on extra drives if the team needs a hand.

Requirements

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

Driving experience in UAE preferred; corporate or delivery background is a plus.

Skills

  • Fluent in Hindi and good English for client talks.
  • Reliable with a valid UAE driver’s license.
  • Organized to manage routes and logs.
  • Physically fit for loading packages or long drives.
  • Punctual for timely pickups and drops.
  • Professional demeanor for company reps.

Knowledge

  • Basics of vehicle maintenance and navigation.
