Responsibilities

  • Huddle pre-dawn with the safari lead, mapping bookings and briefs to nail the day’s dash.
  • Whip up and tweak the ops playbook, stuffing it with safety snaps, product plugs, and pinch plans.
  • Chase guest gripes from the wire, digging deep and dishing fixes fast to flip the frown.
  • Spot snags in the sand, rallying rigs and routes to roll without the rut or risk.
  • Poke vehicles pre-pull, from tires to tanks, loading kits like flares and first-aid fists.
  • Log every lap in the book, mileage ticks to maintenance memos that keep the fleet fleet.
  • Scrub gear spotless before the blast, from bags to beds for overnight oasis outs.
  • Pump the AA vibe with fresh twists, turning storms to stories that stick the standard.
  • Run zipline rituals raw – harness hunts, cable cranks, and audit all-overs for the zip.
  • Lead convoys cool through wadis, eyes on strays and sips to keep the crowd comfy.
