Real Estate industry is looking for a proactive and organized individual to join their team as an Office Assistant. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the efficient functioning of their office by performing various administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Responsibilities of Office Assistant
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of various office related information.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
- Order and maintain office supplies and ensure proper equipment functionality.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a well organized and tidy office environment.
Requirements of Office Assistant
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience of less than 1 year as an office assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
