Responsibilities
- Check and accept incoming goods for quantity and quality.
- Log all stock movements in the system daily.
- Help with monthly stock counts alongside the control team.
- Keep the warehouse neat as a pin and safe for all.
- Flag any dodgy deliveries or issues to bosses pronto.
- Get goods to their right spots in the hotel quick smart.
- Handle event materials, ensuring they’re delivered and returned smoothly.
- Sort out loan items and empty returns from the warehouse.
- Pitch in to keep the receiving area clutter-free.
- Work with teammates to keep operations running like clockwork.
- Stick to Hilton’s purchasing and safety standards.
- Report any hiccups or delays in delivery processes.
Requirements
Education
No degree required, but a diploma or degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field is a bonus.
Experience
Previous experience in receiving or stock control preferred; 1–2 years in hospitality or logistics is ideal.
Skills
