Job Description

Emirates Airlines is hiring skilled and motivated candidate for the job role of Recruitment Project Specialist in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for a dynamic portfolio of recruitment projects across Emirates Group from inception to successful implementation and adoption.

Duties of Recruitment Project Specialist

  • Manage multiple strategic business projects across Emirates Group Recruitment team in compliance with practices, standards and processes defined by departmental and corporate PMO guidelines.
  • Acts as an SME on recruitment best practise and new trends; and support, coach and develop others across the company.
  • Identify, support and deliver recruitment process improvement opportunities and facilitate subsequent change management activities.
  • Provide insights in the project areas and pull together best practices and SMEs to help drive solutions to problems.
  • Conduct research and analysis on talent market trends, best practices and competitor insights, providing recommendations for data driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such our Recruitment leadership team, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates, to ensure smooth and effective project implementation and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Support in the reporting and analysis of recruitment data, such as hiring metrics, market trends and talent insights; providing recommendations based on data-driven findings.
  • Shape our recruitment processes and strategy through insightful and innovative recommendations.
  • Focus on business value and quantify project benefits.

Requirements for Role of Recruitment Project Specialist

The requirements for the job role of Recruitment Project Specialist are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6-8 years’ experience in project management, business improvement or management consultancy within the Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition field.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Must be a Recruitment subject matter expert, and be able to demonstrate experience managing impactful recruitment best practise and policy projects, preferably in a large scale organisation.
  • Able to quickly grasp new business concepts, understand organizational issues and challenges and understand dependencies across businesses.
  • An excellent communicator, with a strong ability to facilitate dialogue and influence a range of stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset: able to collate and analyse data to support business decisions and recruitment processes.
  • Have a passion for the use of technology to innovate recruitment and selection processes.
