Responsibilities

  • Keep A380 Shower Spas spotless and customized for First Class guests.
  • Clean First, Business, and Economy lavatories to top standards.
  • Tidy up First and Business Class lounges for a warm, classy feel.
  • Ensure cabin areas look sharp to match Emirates’ premium vibe.
  • Report to the Purser or Senior Flight Supervisor when the Purser’s off-duty.
  • Top up supplies like toiletries and linens to keep facilities primed.
  • Check cleaning gear and flag any snags to maintenance crews quick-smart.
  • Follow strict hygiene and safety rules for passenger comfort.
  • Tackle light housekeeping in high-traffic cabin zones.
  • Catch small issues early to keep cabins looking pristine.
  • Team up with cabin crew to keep flights running smoothly.
  • Jot down cleaning tasks and supply use for accurate logs.
  • Jump on supervisor requests during flights without missing a beat.
  • Project a polished, professional image with every task.
  • Balance duties smartly on busy long-haul routes.

Requirements

Education

A minimum of 10 years of schooling or equivalent is a must. Extra training in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not needed.

Experience

At least 2 years in customer service with a global hotel, airline, or high-end service provider is required. Hotel housekeeping or hospitality experience gives a leg up.
