- Create recipes that express the restaurant’s concept and fulfill high-quality requirements.
- Keep kitchen spaces clean, matching with tight hygiene rules.

- Promptly convey guest comments or operational difficulties with the Chef de Cuisine.
- Build friendship among team members to establish a tight-knit kitchen staff.

- Follow HACCP principles to assure top-notch food safety measures.
- Maintain a crisp, professional look by sticking to standardized standards.
- Use established recipes to provide dishes with consistent flavor and flare.

- Guide younger cooks, offering know-how to develop their culinary abilities.
- Step into Junior Sous Chef responsibilities when needed to keep things humming.

Requirements
Education
A certificate from a reputable culinary school or hotel management program is needed. An apprenticeship with a formal certificate is a considerable benefit.
Experience
2-4 years of professional culinary experience at a luxury hotel or resort, with a focus on high-volume, high-quality food production.
