Night Agent

Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out during the wee hours, keeping things quick and smooth.
  • Roll out stellar service, answering guest questions and fixing issues on the spot.
  • Sort out guest complaints fast, making sure everyone leaves happy.
  • Pull together daily financial reports, tracking room rates, revenue, and more.
  • Handle cash and card payments with zero slip-ups, following hotel rules.
  • Keep cash drawers in check, making sure every dirham’s accounted for.
  • Balance all transactions from the day, catching any errors before morning.
  • Double-check room charges, restaurant tabs, and other bills for accuracy.
  • Team up with housekeeping or maintenance to tackle guest needs pronto.
  • Prep guest arrival lists and plug details into the Opera PMS system correctly.
  • Take on extra tasks from the boss to keep the hotel running like a dream.

Requirements

Education

High school diploma or hospitality training.

Experience

2 years minimum in a luxury hotel role, like front desk or guest services.

Skills

    • Killer guest service that makes folks feel like royalty.
    • Quick with numbers for handling cash and reports.
    • Can hustle through busy nights without breaking a sweat.
    • Clear talker who vibes with the team.
    • Spots tiny details, from billing errors to guest preferences.
