Welcomer – Lobby

Responsibilities

  • Flash a big smile to greet guests as they roll into the lobby.
  • Help folks check in, give directions, or spill the tea on local UAE spots.
  • Build a vibe with guests to make them want to come back.
  • Keep the lobby clean, tidy, and ready for action all day.
  • Sort out guest requests fast, like booking queries or extra pillows.
  • Team up with the front desk and concierge crews to keep things smooth.

Requirements

Education

High school diploma or hospitality training.

Experience

1 to 3 years in a guest-facing gig, like front desk or host.
