Responsibilities

  • Mix drinks that hit the resort’s high bar for quality.
  • Keep the bar and its gear squeaky clean all shift long.
  • Load up the bar with limes, glasses, and ice before the rush hits.
  • Flash a grin and get drinks to guests quickly and friendly.
  • Push some creative cocktails to get folks excited and rack up sales.
  • Eye the stock and give the boss a heads-up when stuff’s running low.
  • Sort out cash and card payments without messing up.
  • Link up with waiters and kitchen folks to keep the night humming.
  • Stick to tough hygiene and safety rules in the bar area.

  • Stay cool and sharp when the bar’s packed to the brim.

Requirements

Education

Diploma in hospitality or food and beverage training.

Experience

1 to 3 years slinging drinks in a bar or hospitality role.

  • Can hustle through long, wild shifts without slowing down.
  • Talks straight and fits in with the crew.
