Responsibilities
- Set up scaffolding for bridge jobs, sticking to plans and keeping safety tight.
- Check every pole and plank for damage before starting.
- Dig into blueprints to get the scaffolding layout just right.
- Fit guardrails, ladders, and toe boards to stop accidents.
- Team up with site mates to make sure scaffolding’s ready when needed.
- Keep your work zone clean, stashing gear neatly after shifts.
- Rock your PPE and follow safety rules like they’re gospel.
- Spot check scaffolds daily and yell out any risks to the boss.
- Show newbies how it’s done, passing on your know-how.
- Sort out site snags with quick, smart fixes.
- Handle heavy gear in Dubai’s scorching sun without breaking a sweat.
- Jump in to meet tight deadlines with the crew.
- Keep Egis’ high standards for every bolt and beam.

Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. A valid scaffolding certification (e.g., CISRS or similar) is a must.
Experience
At least 5 years putting up and taking down scaffolds on bridge projects. Bonus if you’ve worked on steel or marine jobs.
