Responsibilities
- Grout tiles and fix stonework to keep the resort pristine.
- Tackle masonry repairs like walls, steps, or chimneys.
- Follow preventive maintenance plans for masonry jobs.
- Mix mortar and lay bricks or stones like a pro.
- Read blueprints for accurate building or plastering work.
- Handle plumbing tasks tied to masonry when needed.
- Keep the workshop stocked and order supplies sharpish.
- Work solo or with the crew to get jobs done quickly.
- Stay ready for emergency fixes, like leaks or cracks.
- Check in on guest needs for extra touches, lah.
- Keep up with the UAE building and safety codes.

- Report any gear or material issues to the boss fast.

Requirements
Education
A diploma or certificate in masonry is required.
Experience
